Responsibilities
- Reports to Front Office Manager
- Welcome visitors and answer phone calls
- Manage mail, packages, and appointments
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Maintain a neat reception area
Requirements
- Minimum one year of working experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent knowledge of English language
