Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of all guests by actively monitoring pool and surrounding areas at all times
- Provide first aid in the event of injury, rescue swimmers in danger or distress and administer Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or artificial respiration, if necessary
- Inspect pool equipment, facilities and water to make sure they are usable and safe
- Assist guests courteously, answering questions and providing information about pool services and hotel facilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
