Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a caring, creative, and energetic professional who genuinely enjoys working with children and creating memorable experiences in a safe and stimulating environment. The ideal candidate should possess:

• Relevant Academic Qualifications

  (e.g., Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or a related field)

• Proven Experience

  At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a hotel, resort, or structured childcare setting

• Excellent Communication Skills

  Fluency in English is essential;

• Creativity and Enthusiasm

  Ability to plan, organize, and lead fun, age-appropriate activities, such as arts & crafts, games, storytelling, and outdoor play

• Strong Interpersonal Skills

  A warm and approachable personality, capable of building trust and positive rapport with both children and parents

• Team-Oriented Mindset

  Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments and contribute to a positive work environment

• Responsibility and Safety Awareness

  A strong sense of accountability for children’s wellbeing and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and clean play area

• Flexibility and Reliability

  Ability to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, including weekends and public holidays, as part of a rotating schedule
