BIM (Building Information Modeling) Engineer

INGROUP, on behalf of its client, is looking for  a highly experienced BIM (Building Information Modeling) engineer to join the company and be part of BIM Team. Their responsibilities typically fall between entry-level modeling tasks and senior-level decision-making, requiring a mix of technical expertise, project coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and manage 3D BIM models using software like Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.
• Ensure models comply with project standards and industry best practice.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and contractors to resolve conflicts and improve design efficiency.
• Maintain model accuracy and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of model changes and updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management within large-scale construction projects.
• Strong expertise in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent understanding of construction processes, design principles, and engineering disciplines.
• Ability to identify and resolve design conflicts and inefficiencies.
• Good communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork and coordination abilities across disciplines.
