BIM (Building Information Modeling) engineer.

INGROUP, on behalf of its client, is looking for  a highly experienced BIM (Building Information Modeling) engineer to join the company and be part of BIM Team. Their responsibilities typically fall between entry-level modeling tasks and senior-level decision-making, requiring a mix of technical expertise, project coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, modify, and manage 3D BIM models using software like Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.

Ensure models comply with project standards and industry best practice.

Collaborate with designers, engineers, and contractors to resolve conflicts and improve design efficiency.

Maintain model accuracy and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Maintain accurate records of model changes and updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management within large-scale construction projects.

Strong expertise in BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.

Excellent understanding of construction processes, design principles, and engineering disciplines.

Ability to identify and resolve design conflicts and inefficiencies.

Good communication, and problem-solving skills.

Strong teamwork and coordination abilities across disciplines.
