Kitchen operations

  • Manage food supply to all food and beverage outlets in line with current legislation, and carry out regular checks for freshness, quality and food safety.
  • Ensure consistent, high quality food across all outlets, with an environmentally responsible approach.
  • Build effective working relationships with every department.

Team leadership and development

  • Recruit and lead a professional kitchen team, delegate effectively and create a positive, productive work environment.
  • Train the team in cooking techniques, food handling and safety procedures, building a culture of continuous learning.
  • Send accurate team schedules to HR on time, in line with local labour law.
  • Work with HR on recruitment and traineeship programmes.

Guest experience and brand

  • Make sure our culinary offer reflects the Domes identity and helps the resort stand out in a competitive market.
  • Contribute to a seamless dining experience, from food quality and presentation to the timing of service.
