HR Generalist

ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a well-known company in the Energy market, is seeking for a driven HR Generalist.

HR Generalist (6332/HRG/ESS/GR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HR systems and platforms, including ERGANI, time & attendance software, SEPEnet and e-EFKA.
• Support payroll preparation and verification processes, in collaboration with the external payroll provider.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees, providing HR support and addressing their day-to-day queries and requests.
• Maintain employee files and records.
• Manage employee benefits.
• Support the recruitment process.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Handle personnel expenses.
• Participate in team-building activities.
• Contribute to the implementation of new ideas related to workplace culture, employee engagement, cost savings, teamwork and process automation.

Qualifications:

• ​​​​​Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience in a well-established HR department.
• Knowledge of HR processes, payroll inputs and employee administration.
• ​​​​​​​Experience in managing the Digital Work Card and related time & attendance processes.
• ​​​​Integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters.
• Willingness to support change initiatives and openness to change.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail.
• Creativity.
• Strong team-player mindset.
• Previous experience in an industrial environment will be considered an advantage.
