Responsibilities       

• Oversee the daily pastry operations
• Train and lead the pastry team to achieve their full potential
• Supervising all staff actions during work
• Applies classic pastry baking techniques when preparing traditional pastries
• Keeps pastry section records

Requirements

• Culinary-Pastry education or relevant certification
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a pastry cook
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
