Domes Miramare Corfu
We are currently hiring a Pastry A' for Domes Miramare Corfu, an ultimate luxury 5* resort, located in the area of Corfu, to join our Makris Restaurant team for the 2026 season.
The Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for pastry and dessert preparation, with excellent technical baking skills and attention to detail. From preparing high-quality pastries, cakes, and chocolates to assisting in the execution of visually refined plated desserts, the Pastry Chef de Partie plays a key role in delivering a memorable dining experience. The role requires creativity, precision, and the ability to manage a pastry station efficiently while supporting the Pastry Chef in maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and kitchen organization.
Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
- Prepare and present high-quality pastry and dessert creations according to MAKRIS standards and recipes.
- Assist in the development and execution of seasonal dessert menus in collaboration with the Pastry Chef and culinary team.
- Ensure consistency, creativity, and attention to detail in all pastry preparations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pastry station at all times.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
- Support the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth and timely delivery of dishes.
