Accounting Associate (Outsourcing)

We're looking for an Accounting Associate to join our team in Athens — someone who already knows their way around VAT and corporate tax and wants more interesting work and faster development than a smaller practice can offer.

What you'll do

You'll manage accounting and tax work for a diverse range of corporate clients, including:

• Preparing VAT returns, corporate income tax returns, and financial statements.
• Maintaining accurate records and keeping clients compliant with Greek accounting and tax regulations.
• Being a point of contact for your clients — answering their questions and building relationships they trust.
• Supporting external audits by preparing documentation and working alongside the audit teams.
• Spotting ways to make processes cleaner and more accurate.

• You won't be doing this alone — you'll have a team around you and people to learn from.

What you'll need

Must-haves:

• Class B Accountant Licence (Άδεια Λογιστή Β' Τάξης).
• At least 1 year of accounting experience, ideally in an accounting firm.
• Hands-on experience with VAT returns, corporate income tax returns, and financial statements.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
• Fluent Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Strong Excel and confidence with accounting software.

A plus (but not essential):

• Experience with Epsilon Net.
