Columbia Hotels & Resorts Ltd is currently seeking to recruit for the following position:
Receptionist
Key Responsibilities
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle reservations, emails, and guest inquiries
- Provide excellent guest service and personalized attention
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and billing
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience
- Handle guest complaints professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of Front Office experience in a hotel
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work shifts, including nights
- Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages an advantage)
- Academic Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism will be considered an advantage
