AXSOS AG is seeking for Servicedesk employees to join its team in Thessaloniki! By joining AXSOS AG team you wiil be responisble for solving incidents and turning interruptions into positive experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
After 1-2 months training you will be part of the Servicedesk Team for our customer, helping to solve incidents in a friendly and user-oriented way Solving incidents and issues based on existing knowledge-base and standards Implementing and processing customer changes.
If you believe that you have the following skills:

BA Degree in Computer Engineering, IT Computer Science or any related field.

Good written and spoken German is a must (C1)

Excellent written and spoken English is a plus (C2)

Experience with Microsoft Office and PC
-
Empathetic, creative, enjoy approaching people and able to deal with pressure

Passionate, comfortable and amiable when approaching others

Dynamic, far-sighted, but also solid worker

Enjoy solving meaningful tasks
