KB COLLECTION Hotels has built a long-standing presence in Skiathos, shaped by a commitment to quality, thoughtful service and authentic Greek hospitality.
Building on the success of our flagship properties — the award-winning Kassandra Bay Resort, Suites & Spa in Vassilias and the elegant KB Ammos Boutique Hotel in Megali Ammos — we are proud to introduce the newest member of our collection: Aether Hotel.
Aether reflects the next chapter of our journey. Contemporary architecture, natural materials and a calm colour palette come together to create an atmosphere of understated elegance, where every detail has been thoughtfully considered.
Yet what truly distinguishes KB COLLECTION is not only our hotels — it is our people.
We believe that genuine hospitality begins within the team. For this reason, we foster a positive, collaborative and supportive working environment where every team member is valued, respected and encouraged to develop. We invest in training, professional growth and career progression, helping our people strengthen their skills and take pride in their contribution.
The professionalism, warmth and genuine care shown by our team are consistently recognised by our guests and reflect the culture we work to cultivate every day.
If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working as part of a team and wish to grow in an environment where your contribution is valued, we would be delighted to meet you.
