This brand is coming from Dubai, being a Parisian Restaurant and Social concept, that will be opening this season in Mykonos island, Greece. It first opened its doors more than a decade ago, doing its “little turn on the catwalk” of Paris’ top fashion avenue. Quickly bloomed into one of the City of Lights’ most coveted addresses for a hip lunch, after-work drinks, dining and entertainment.  

This is more than a restaurant, it’s an artistic rendez-vous, a lifestyle statement.” The concept relies on five key principles: sound, music, image, art and food. A hybrid gateway for people from around the world, in search of their private playground and a multi-sensory experience. 

*The restaurant will be open only for dinner, having around 300 sittings. 

The General Requirements 

- Candidates with RESTAURANT experience, preferably high end 
- Good English 
- Eu passport 

 

Positions & Salaries NET. All Kitchen and FOH positions will be having good tips: 

Office position (to start immediately) 

- 1 HR / Finance Officer,  € 1.400,00  


Kitchen Positions                    

- 1 Sous Chefs, € 2.300,00  

- 4 Chefs de partie, € 1.800,00  

- 3 CDPs sushi, € 1.800,00  

- 5 Demi Chefs, € 1.300,00  

- 1 Pastry cdp, € 2.000,00 


FOH Positions 

- 3 Restaurant Managers, € 2.500,00  

- 1 Reservation/ Reception Manager, € 2.000,00  

- 4 Hostesses, € 1.500,00  

- 1 Bar Manager / Head of Wines, € 2.500,00  

- 1 Head Sommelier, € 1.800,00  

- 9 Head Waiters, € 1.500,00  

- 1 Head Bartender, € 1.700,00  

- 5 Barmen, € 1.500,00  

- 3 Assistant Waiters, € 1.200,00  

- 5 Food Runners, € 1.100,00  
 

What else is offered 

- 6 days/week, 1 off 

- Nice accommodation near the restaurant, 2 persons/room. For Managerial positions it will be single 

- Meals 

- Uniform provided. For the Kitchen: jacket, hat, apron)
