In 2017 Apostolis and Giannis saw a pretty corner of the square in Akrotiri and together imagined a beautiful bistro cafe that would combine the traditional with the modern.
With respect for history, tradition and the architecture of the village, they created this traditional modern cafe with the recipe of Greek hospitality, quality raw materials & respect for every customer.
