Chef De Partie with free accommodation

We are looking for a Chef de Partie for our client, a 4-star hotel in Co. Waterford,  Ireland.

Candidate information/requirements :

• The ideal candidate will have at least three years of proven work experience in a busy restaurant or similar environment. Qualification from a culinary school is desirable.
• HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge
• Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation, passion for delivering great food and service
• Ability to work in a fact paced environment.
• Time management
• Minimum Upper Intermediate level of English is required.

• ​Permanent, full-time position
• If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will be provided with  permanent free accommodation in a private room in shared  accommodation. (Utilities are paid additionally)
• Salary after tax in Ireland for this Chef de Partie role will be €31,200 to  €34,320 gross per year (€2,220 net per month to €2,426 net per month) for 40 hours per week (5 days per week)
• Salary is paid weekly.
• Your duties will be working on the hot sections and mains, following directions provided by the head chef, collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service, stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station and keeping your area of ​​​​the kitchen safe and sanitary.
