We are looking for Sous Chef for Jamie Oliver Kitchen, Limassol Marina. We believe eating well is about balance, that’s why we work only with high quality, sustainable products; mainly from local farmers and suppliers but embracing an all around the world food journey which it brings people together, creates memories and spreads joy.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high quality of food and smooth operation of the kitchen
  • Supervise Team and ensure all dishes are prepared to perfection and up to the brand standards
  • Ensure excellent Health and Safety standards are followed
  • Implement HACCP policies and procedures
  • Manage the kitchen team and promote a positive working environment

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast paced kitchen
  • Passion to work with fresh, local ingredients
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Knowledge of English and/or Greek
  • Computer Knowledge
  • Pleasant and dynamic personality
  • Experience as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
