We are looking for Sous Chef for Jamie Oliver Kitchen, Limassol Marina. Responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality of food and smooth operation of the kitchen
- Supervise Team and ensure all dishes are prepared to perfection and up to the brand standards
- Ensure excellent Health and Safety standards are followed
- Implement HACCP policies and procedures
- Manage the kitchen team and promote a positive working environment
We are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast paced kitchen
- Passion to work with fresh, local ingredients
- Attention to detail and quality
- Knowledge of English and/or Greek
- Computer Knowledge
- Pleasant and dynamic personality
- Experience as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
