We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef for Jamie Oliver Kitchen, in Limassol Marina. We believe eating well is about balance, that’s why we work only with high quality, sustainable products; mainly from local farmers and suppliers but embracing an all around the world food journey which it brings people together, creates memories and spreads joy.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dishes up to brand standards
  • Maintain consistency, presentation and high quality of food
  • Perform in high demanding kitchen and work effectively under pressure
  • Assist Head and Sous Chef and ensure all dishes are prepared to perfection and up to the brand standards
  • Implement HACCP policies and procedures

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Passion to work with fresh local ingredients
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Good knowledge of English and/or Greek
  • Pleasant and dynamic personality
  • Experience as Junior Sous Chef or Chef De Partie
