Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Cook A, your primary responsibility will be to prepare delicious and high-quality meals for our valued customers. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the timely and efficient preparation of all menu items
- Following recipes and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to plan and execute menus
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels to minimize wastage
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Assisting with the training and supervision of junior kitchen staff
- Participating in menu development and suggesting new dishes
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times
Salary and Benefits:
- Net salary of 2200E per month
- Live-in accommodation available
- Meals provided
Working Hours and Overtime:
- 6 days of work out of 6 days in a week
- 8 hours per day
- Any overtime will be paid at double the regular rate
