Sales and Marketing Assistant for the Russian Market (ΝΕΑ ΜΟΥΔΑΝΙΑ)

Our company is a hotel sales & marketing organization providing independent luxury resort hotels with systematic, continuous and efficient ways to penetrate, maintain and improve booking conversion and brand recognition.

It is emphasizing the relevance of the close and trustful relationship of the organization to its hotel customers. The successful usage of all components of the Inova Hospitality system, these being the hotel brand and the hotel quality promise enforced by the Inova DMS System and the dynamic Inova Sales and marketing team are greatly enhanced by Inova Hospitality role of being a coach to its hotels.

We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant 

- Excellent knowledge (or native) of Russian and a second language (English, German, French)

- Strong experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

- Sociable and Communicative personality

- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills

- Highly structured and good attention to detail

- Deep understanding of the tourism online - offline and B2B marketplace

- Must be creative and smart as well as a problem solver and a team player

- Clear understanding of marketing concepts and market development

We’d like this to end up a permanent position. The Agency is based in Nea Moudania / Halkidiki.
