talented Accounting & Payroll Specialist to join

In this role, you will oversee the entire payroll
process, ensuring accurate and timely compensation. Your responsibilities will
include managing employee payroll records, handling deductions, and ensuring
compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Beyond payroll, you will
assist with general accounting duties such as accounts payable, receivable, and

Responsibilities:
- Administer
and process payroll accurately and on schedule, including wages, bonuses,
and deductions.
- Maintain and
update payroll records in line with legal and company requirements.
- Support
month-end closing procedures and prepare financial reports.
- Conduct
account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate
with the finance team on diverse accounting tasks and special projects.
- Ensure full
compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards (e.g., Ergani, Sepe,
Efka, Tax).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
- 3-4 years of
experience in payroll processing and accounting.
- Proficiency
in payroll software (preferably EpsilonNet - Pylon) and the ability to
adapt to other systems.
- Strong
understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent
numerical and analytical capabilities.
- High
attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective
communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Solid
knowledge of payroll-related tax laws and regulations.
- Competency
in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to
manage confidential information with discretion.
