ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational pharmaceutical company, is looking for a highly motivated Finance & Business Analyst to strengthen their Finance Team.
Responsibilities:
I. Budgeting
- Actively take part in the overall Budgeting & Forecasting Process (Plan & Forecast processes) of the company.
- Designing effective budget models for departments and the entire company
- Analyzing financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget.
- Develop financial reports on a daily, quarterly & annually to keep the Management always updated on the financial status of the company's projects & Key Performance Indicators.
- Supports GM & FM in the preparation of any material required through Business Review processes (indicative but not limited presentations, std excel templates with financial data).
II. Sales Analysis
- Responsible for the scheduling and implementation of the monthly departmental sales rolling forecast meetings. (Prepares templates, provide sales analysis of the actual period to Sales teams, organize & hosts the meeting).
- Responsible for the proper operation of the Sales Force CRM, Entersoft, on the flow related to the order processing and the reporting across divisions
- Benchmarks sales force performance versus competitors and ensures sales force effectiveness.
- Develops and analyses appropriate Key Performance Indicators, assessing all available market, customer and competitor information.
- Coordinates and checks incentive & recognition schemes for the sales force, leading appropriate implementation and maintenance for different markets and Franchises.
- Participates in the continuous improvement of marketing and sales methodologies, processes and tools.
- Sales reporting, internal/external, IMS/OSFE.
- Sales force key performance indicators metrics analysis and benchmarks.
III. Financial Reporting
- Calculates and provides to the accounting department monthly accruals related to the revenue of the company and to the bonus of employees.
- Supports Finance team to the month end & year end processes.
- Prepares the monthly controls to be reported to technical accounting
