We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant who will be supporting the board of Directors of a leading global financial institution. If this sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you!
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining diary and arranging meetings/appointments accordingly
- Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests and handling them in an appropriate manner
- Reading email correspondence & preparing a short summary/ briefing of its content, highlighting the main topics to inform MD accordingly
- Preparing relevant emails in Greek and English upon MD dictation
- Maintaining a well-structured electronic filing system
- Making all necessary travel/booking arrangements
- Following up with MD on all pending items and reminders
- Sending gifts and wish cards upon request of MD on special occasions
- Actively participating in meetings by preparing the agenda, minute taking as well as following up on all agreed actions
- Preparing monthly expense reports and other type of reports upon MD request
- Preparing presentations
- Assisting in organizing company events and any Regional Meetings taking place in Greece
