Are you an experienced Order Desk Specialist? Do you have strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills? Are you interested in joining a well known company in the pharmaceutical industry? Do you hold experience in processing orders via SAP and providing excellent customer service?

The main goal of the Order Desk Specialist position will be to create best-in class experience for the customers.

As an Order Desk Specialist in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Managing orders, forms, applications, and requests via SAP
  • Dealing with all requests of the customers (answering incoming calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns) and responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Providing professional customer support and ensuring client satisfaction 
  • Promoting high standards of internal client service
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the client service process
  • Other tasks assigned by Supply Chain Manager

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The position of Order Desk Specialist is just the right one for you if you possess the following skills:

  • Experience in customer service area at least 2 years
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • University Degree in relevant field
  • Strong working in a multitasking environment
  • Communication skills
  • Excellent command in English
  • Service & result oriented
