The main goal of the Order Desk Specialist position will be to create best-in class experience for the customers.
As an Order Desk Specialist in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following:

Managing orders, forms, applications, and requests via SAP

Dealing with all requests of the customers (answering incoming calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns) and responding promptly to customer inquiries

Communicating with customers through various channels

Providing professional customer support and ensuring client satisfaction

Promoting high standards of internal client service

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the client service process
