ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, one of the largest telecommunications providers in Greece, is seeking for a Digital Optimization Senior Specialist to join their world class software development team.

                                                                       Digital Optimization Senior Specialist (4987/DOSS/ESS/GR)

Main responsibilities:

  • Drive continual optimization within our marketing models, testing strategies and conversion funnels, by applying knowledge of web analytics, user segments and audiences
  • Maintain and manage site tracking and tagging within our Tag Management System while identifies gaps in the data and recommended what is needed and how best this is implemented (based on best practice) - including Data Layer
  • Analyze customer journeys/interactions and create prioritized recommendations to improve the customer experience and business performance based on ROI and ease of implementation – help identify quick wins
  • Run A/B split testing and multivariate Testing (MVT) on pages to identify underperforming elements and optimize them to improve customer experience and increase site conversion
  • Develop and implement reporting mechanisms as required to make faster, better business decisions, e.g. reports, dashboards. Standardizing and productionising reporting wherever possible
  • Engaging with stakeholders – owning feedback processing, aiding accurate specification, and establishing/meeting clear project deliverables
  • Cooperate with the development team to deploy new site tags and testing platforms

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • 5 or more years of working experience in a similar role
  • BSc in Digital Marketing, Economics, Statistics or Engineering
  • Highly proficient in web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of one or more testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.)
  • Extensive Knowledge on Tag Management Systems and Data Layers
  • Advanced level user of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Power BI
  • Technical experience and knowledge of site tracking and tagging
  • Analytical, result-driven and pragmatic; with attention to detail and ability to solve problems logically and systematically
  • Brings the ability to improve legacy reporting by drilling into and re-factoring old manual processes
  • Ability to present results and findings to the line and senior management
  • Able to prioritize own time and workload, under minimum supervision and to tight deadlines
  • Able to build credibility, trust and focus offerings on benefits to the business
  • Show commitment to excellence – Constantly deliver a high standard of service
  • Clear and effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)
