The Role:
Our Team is expanding and we’re looking for a Property/ Rental Specialist who will be responsible for the management of property/ rental agreements; conduct the main communication with tenants about setting appointments/ resolving issues, property management agreements & utility bills.

The Property/ Rental Specialist will be joining a strong customer oriented, supportive and friendly team that goes above and beyond for their clients. This role would suit a highly-driven individual, interested in working in a global fast paced environment, with the ability to work in an indoor/outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting rental agreement & property management agreements.
• Oversee the period of rental agreements.
• Timely notice to owners & tenants for apartment lease renewals.
• Deliver agreements to tax representatives for tax registration.
• Close cooperation with Rental Department.
• Communication with tenants for the guarantee deposit & first month’s rent.
• Communication with tenants to resolve any issues arising with the housing.
• Keep in touch with tenants for utility bills concerning the owners.
• Keep in touch with building managers for property management services.
• Communication with tenants for arranging owners’ visit.
• Efficient response to counterpart colleagues.
  

So who are we looking for?

In order to be successful in the above role you need to have:

• 2 years minimum experience in the Rental Field. 
• Proven professional experience, preferably in a similar position.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both verbal and written.
• Excellent command of MS Office.
• Strong management of time & strong sense of responsibility
• Capable of multi-tasks in challenging environment
• Strong sense of service with great patience & attention to details
• Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality.
• Customer services oriented & attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Military Obligations fulfilled for male candidates
• Driving Licenses is a plus.
