PMO Analyst

lmw is seeking for a PMO Analyst on behalf of a leading financial institution in Athens.

Responsibilities:

• Track, monitor, advise and maintain status and actions across budget, risks, issues, dependencies and benefits across the full project portfolio
• Analyse trends, highlight issues and work with relevant parties to resolve issues
• Document processes and procedures relating to workflows and prioritisation
• Prepare project reports by consolidating project achievements and concerns
• Produce presentations and excel based management information for senior management/ stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans
• Provide Program / Project Governance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant, a Master's degree will be a plus
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Project Planning and Project Governance experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, as well as ability to quickly learn other computer applications.
• Highly analytical and able to develop solutions to problems
