Education
• Bachelor’s Degree (TEI) in Electronics/Computer Systems Engineering or relevant field, or any Technical diploma (EPAL/IEK)
• A good knowledge of English language (Certification B2 level)
Experience
• A minimum of 3 years prior experience in a technical support position
• Workbench repair experience, computers, electronic boards, touch screens and TV/monitor repair experience

• Electronic skills
• Knowledge of electronic components and their functions
• Customer service skills
• Good knowledge of Ms Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to perform effectively within strict timeframe
• Ability to lift and carry slot machines
• Ability to work on rotating shifts and days of the week, including weekends and holidays
