A Big4 Audit firm in Romania, is looking for an experienced
Manager/Assistant Manager
(Ref. 0321/FA/ESS/GR)
to join the Financial Advisory Practice.
The successful candidate will join the Advisory Practice and will work on challenging engagements with leading clients in the areas of Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Business Processing Reengineering, Anti Money Laundering, MFSA Rules/Legislation Compliance, and Solvency II.
Requirements:

Strong relevant academics up to an MBA/ MSc level

3+ years of relevant working experience in banking advisory, focusing on regulatory risk

Working knowledge on some of the below: Basel II/III, CRDiv, Stress Test, ICAAP/ILAAP, Recovery Plan/Resolution Plan, Collective Provisioning methodologies, Credit Risk/Market Risk

Proficient in English

Strong project management and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
