As a Corporate Communication and CSR Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Execute/support and monitor public relations and corporate communications programs to enhance the Company’s corporate image and reputation
• Enhance the Company's relations and communication
• Collaborate and monitor with the PR agency communication projects & optimize PR opportunities
• Build and manage sponsorships and awards/distinctions
• Create and drive the strategy of all the CSR actions
• Drive the execution of the Company’s CSR strategy, policies, programs and practices
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, manage and measure their involvement in CSR activities
• Develop and maintain partnerships with NGOs and associations
• Adapt global policies into local context and communication
• Lead & execute the impact sourcing program of the organization
• Follow and report KPIs, programs ROI and effectiveness
• Build awareness and engagement with the internal community
• Assume responsibility for any ad-hoc tasks as directed by the line manager
• Collaborate with other internal and external resources as appropriate

In order for your profile to match the Corporate Communication and CSR Manager position you need to have the following skills:

• BA in Business Management, Communications or relevant field
• Excellent English skills in both verbal & writing
• Excellent communication & rapport building skills
• Project Management skills & critical thinking
• Collaborative team spirit
• High work ethic
• Analytical skills-ability to gather, correlate and present correct data and analysis
