HRS - Human Resources Solutions, is seeking to recruit, on behalf of our client, a financial start-up company, an exceptional
HR Generalist for the newly opening office in
Athens, Greece.
You will be required to administer all aspects of the HR function effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate must have ideally at least 3 years of relevant experience in hiring sales agents of any field. We are looking for a candidate that is creative and can think outside of the box. Main duties and responsibilities:
- Advertising job ads through various recruiting channels and HR websites
- Headhunting, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
- Arranging and conducting interviews with line managers
- Managing staff wellness initiatives
- Maintaining and updating the HR database and filing system
- On boarding, administration and induction of all new joiners
- Making sure we are compliant with all governmental authorities and regulations
- Handling of foreigners’ immigration documentation (work permits, visas etc)
- Liaising with the payroll department on employees’ salaries and benefits
- Handling employee’s issues
- Working on various HR related projects assigned by the top management
