ManpowerGroup, on behalf of their client, a Banking Services Company, is seeking for an
IT Compliance Officer - PM.
The duties include managing company projects such as compliance implementation, internal audit, risk assessment as well as ensuring the realization of value for the business. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for meeting project objectives within quality, time and budget targets and managing associated risks.
Job Description
The IT Compliance Officer/PM will:
- Contribute to and review the internal procedures of the company.
- Work in close cooperation with the Senior Management to meet all business needs and prepare memos to audit committee and reports to top management.
- Support the full operational audit cycle including risk, control and compliance management over operations’ effectiveness.
- Develop a comprehensive project plan to track progress continuously.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for the successful execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Ensure availability and allocation of resources.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Identify ways to enhance the cooperation between departments, maximize synergies in order to deliver added value.
- Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.
- Ensure compliance with internal (control environment, business processes and top management’s risk appetite) and external (regulatory and accounting) requirements
