Job Description
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for serving as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. The ideal candidate is a highly intelligent, dynamic, friendly and service-oriented individual. 

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, undertake check-in, check-out & payment transactions.
• Answer calls, handle complaints, arrivals, departures and rest functions. Handle certain reservations (walk-in/phone/ last-minute).
• Provide information to guests in regards of facilities (including property tours), events and services as well as, provide concierge services- provide local information on restaurants, sites, activities, tours and make and handle all related reservations.
• Update the Social Media and respond to messages.

• Full Professional Proficiency (verbal & written) in English and Greek
• Knowledge of Russian/ German/ French/ Serbian
• Prior professional experience in relevant position for at least 2 years
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality
• High level of IT proficiency, experience in PMS systems
