Job Description Summary Athens areas As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating and executing a sales strategy by expanding and sustaining strategic relationships with your Accounts, such as hospitals or hospital groups, EOPYY (MoH) and Group Purchasing Organizations, thereby creating sustainable growth for Meden Healthcare. Sales experience as an expert in the field is a must to effectively and efficiently accomplish this position. Job DescriptionResponsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Selling to named account(s). Visit public insurer’s subsidiary to negotiate and succeed company’s reimbursement.
- Build relationships, develop a business strategy, and maximize business opportunities for products within the allocated customers & area. Represent and act as a primary customer point of contact.
- Understand in-depth the company’s and others' sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute strategy.
- Recognize best practices; competition dynamics and the elements that could make a difference across the customers.
- Exceptional decision maker to have the ability to propose alternatives to address more complex, day-to-day difficulties with projects, sales processes, or customers.
- A strong player and winner in the team with the talent to filter information to proceed with the best outcomes. Methodical knowledge and investigative rationale along with core and all available sources to proceed to the winning decisions.
- Committed to continuous improvement; recognizing that performance is measured by internal and external customers.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
