As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating and executing a sales strategy by expanding and sustaining strategic relationships with your Accounts, such as hospitals or hospital groups, EOPYY (MoH) and Group Purchasing Organizations, thereby creating sustainable growth for Meden Healthcare. Sales experience as an expert in the field is a must to effectively and efficiently accomplish this position. Meden healthcare is a life-improving company with medical technologies in the fields of Vascular, Surgical Oncology, and Medical Specialty products. Job Description
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
  • Selling to named account(s). Visit public insurer’s subsidiary to negotiate and succeed company’s reimbursement.
  • Build relationships, develop a business strategy, and maximize business opportunities for products within the allocated customers & area. Represent and act as a primary customer point of contact.
  • Understand in-depth the company’s and others' sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute strategy.
  • Recognize best practices; competition dynamics and the elements that could make a difference across the customers.
  • Exceptional decision maker to have the ability to propose alternatives to address more complex, day-to-day difficulties with projects, sales processes, or customers.
  • A strong player and winner in the team with the talent to filter information to proceed with the best outcomes. Methodical knowledge and investigative rationale along with core and all available sources to proceed to the winning decisions.
  • Committed to continuous improvement; recognizing that performance is measured by internal and external customers.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Required Qualifications
  • Advanced experience in the Medical field and with minimum of 5+ years of Sales & Account management.
  • Bachelor's degree from a qualified University/College preferably in a Biomedical engineering, medical physics or related sciences discipline.
  • Established aptitude to be a quick analyzer and problem resolver.
  • Communicate fluently in both English and Greek languages.
  • Proficient PC user (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/CRM – ERP & other IT tools).
  • Willingness to travel.
  • EU driver's license.
Desired Characteristics
  • A higher degree level (MSc, MA, Ph.D) in a related discipline would be considered an asset
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Strong influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels internally within the organization and externally
  • High-level presentation skills: able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact
  • Self-starter able to manage time and organize and prioritize workload. Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
  • Passionate with a confident can-do attitude. Self-motivated, willing to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.
