Περιγραφή

Senior Account and Sales Manager  (Sales Department) by a new Hospitality Management company - Athens - Greece

Main Responsibilities:

• Development of the sales department, with the aim of continuously increasing the clientele.
• Supervision, coordination and/or execution of the process of negotiating and renewing annual agreements and client contracts
• Implementation of trade / credit policy, monitoring compliance with customer agreements and resolving any problems and issues that arise
• Guidance, goal setting and evaluation of subordinate teams to increase sales and market share, maintenance of customer service, and handling of competition

Our Ideal Candidate
Requirements
  • Very good knowledge and extensive network of personal contacts in the Greek Tourism and Hospitality Sector
  • Ιntermediate or higher level of education in tourism.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in hospitality management, preferably in the field of hotel representation and sales promotion services as well as Hotel Management Consulting.

Skills:

  • Proven experience and knowledge of sales and marketing department (Online - Channel / Revenue / Reservation Management.)
  • Knowledge of the operation of all other divisions of a hotel (F&B, HR, training)
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Αdequate knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an asset
  • Ability of frequent travels
