Senior Account and Sales Manager (Sales Department) by a new Hospitality Management company - Athens - Greece
• Development of the sales department, with the aim of continuously increasing the clientele.
• Supervision, coordination and/or execution of the process of negotiating and renewing annual agreements and client contracts
• Implementation of trade / credit policy, monitoring compliance with customer agreements and resolving any problems and issues that arise
• Guidance, goal setting and evaluation of subordinate teams to increase sales and market share, maintenance of customer service, and handling of competition
