Your responsibilities:
• Build, plan and execute all website functions, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, marketing material and advertising campaigns, .eg, Google Ads, Social Media Ads.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
• Identify trends and insights, optimizing their performance and budget
• Set-up, track and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns according to company’s goals (Metrics and KPIs).
• Brainstorm, develop and implement creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Editorial work and creation of engaging content.
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
Your qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (hospitality background is an advantage)
• 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Minimum BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
• Great knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
• Great knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• 3 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
• Familiarity with web design tool eg., WordPress and graphic design tool eg., Canva, (knowledge of Photoshop is a an asset)
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Fluent in Enlgish
