VVIP Catering Services

Reporting directly to:

Service Manager 

Responsible for:

Food and Beverage service

Hours of work:

40 hours per week and as required

Location:

Riyadh, Jeddah and as required

 

 

 

 

Scope and Purpose of the Position

 

Prepare, serve and clear away guest orders. Prepare mise en place as necessary.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  1. Have full knowledge of items served on the menu and buffet.
  2. Keep assigned station clean, with adequate supply of necessary materials.
  3. Keep F&B items on the menu and buffet.
  4. Take customers’ orders to standard.
  5. Communicate to the supervisor any guest complaints or time delays on food preparation.
  6. Inform supervisor of possible problems concerning any requirements which may affect quality of service.
  7. Ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
  8. Responsible for looking after Hotel property at all times.
  9. Be flexible at all times in order to cover the unexpected needs of the Food and Beverage outlets.
  10. Report anything considered a health and safety hazard.
  11. To be fully knowledgeable of the Royal service
  12. Prevent abuse and/or destruction of property.
  13. Ensure knowledge of the language, geography and culture of  KSA

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Additional Duties:

 

  1. To attend any meeting or training sessions as required by management.

 

2.   To be conversant with:

                        a) The Fire Procedures

                        b) The property and Private Affairs Security Procedures

                        c) The Health and Safety Policy and Procedures

                        d) The facilities and attractions

                        e)  Property operation standards and department procedures

 

  1. To adhere to the Property policies and procedures for quality, environment and food safety.

 

ACCOUNTABILITY

 

  1. Responsible for F&B Quality, payroll and cost in your control
