Job Description

·         Manages performance appraisal procedure/tools

·         Administrates compensation and benefits/ rewards administration

·         Participates in the recruitment process, employee orientation, training and development

·         Handles of internal communication

·         Reporting

Candidate Profile

·       Bachelor’s degree in  HR or equivalent

·       Minimum two (2) years of working experience with similar duties in a multinational company,

·       Excellent knowledge of the English language (both written and verbal communication)  

·       Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite  (Excel, PowerPoint)

·       Results oriented and team player

·       Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

·       Self-motivated, ability to prioritize and work independently
