Your main responsibilities
- Design outdoor activities for groups of different ages and skills
- Deliver training sessions or lessons to individuals or groups on a particular activity (e.g. hillwalking, mountain biking, caving)
- Comply with health and safety legislation and brief participants accordingly
- Carry out and update risk assessments
- Record accidents/incidents and write incident reports
- • Clean, maintain and prepare equipment (e.g. climbing ropes, walking canes)
