Operations Specialist

Salary: From €900 net/month

Location: Heraklion, Crete.

Start: As soon as possible

Type: Full-time, 12-month open contract

Your role:

Provide essential support in executing daily operations of tours and travel services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with tour planning and logistics
• Update internal systems
• Handle last-minute service adjustments

• Entry-level or 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Transfer & Excursions operation experience
• Good level of English (additional languages a plus)
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset
