Hardware Technician

lmw is seeking for a dynamic Hardware Technician on behalf of a well-established IT company in Cyprus (Larnaca & Nicosia).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions to retail and business clients, in person and via phone
• Repair cell phones and PCs
• Perform troubleshooting and support clients regarding IT needs
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction

• 1+ years of working experience in Technical Support positions
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Extensive knowledge on cell phones repair (Android & iOS)
• Proficient use of english and excellent command of MS Office Suite
• Availability to work abroad (Cyprus)
