Customer Service Executive (German Speaker)
Your main responsibilities:
- Overseeing the customer service process
- Receipt, processing, organization, and billing of customer orders
- Resolve banking and letter of credit problems
- Monitoring compliance with customer agreements
- Control and monitor customer payments
- Coordination and organization of product distribution
- Checking compliance with the ADR regulation
- Management of export process problems
- Customer service, complaint and returns management
- Monitoring of ISO procedures
- Cooperation with transport and insurance companies
- Cooperation with sales departments and other departments of the company
- Monthly reporting to the commercial director of the company
