Main Responsibilities:- Responsible for Marketing Strategy and activation (Brand, Marketing, Communication)
- Social Media Management and Campaigns overview
- Website development and maintenance with up-to-date trends
- Research: Design, analysis of insights and data (qualitative, quantitative)
- Performance analysis and reporting of marketing campaigns/activities, data collection and evaluation (campaign results, website traffic, etc.)
- Management, smooth operation, effective guidance & collaboration of the responsibility team (Customer Care & Digital Marketing)
- Continuous improvement of the customer service experience
- Development of department procedures, policies, and specifications
- Resource control and utilization of resources to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals
Necessary qualifications:• University Degree with direction/specialization in Marketing
• At least 6 years of experience in a related position with particular emphasis on:
- Marketing services (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns - conventional and digital)
- Market research and analysis
- Website and social media management
- Identifying target audiences, creatively devising and utilizing various marketing campaign channels that engage, inform and promote interest
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office, marketing software, relevant applications (web analytics tools, Google Adwords, Hootsuite, etc.) and familiarity with image editing tools
• Knowledge of Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and trends
• Good knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
