Job Description
The housekeeping manager is responsible for the housekeeping team, supervising and controllingthe cleanliness and serving of all rooms, restaurants and public areas according to the resort standards always ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
• Ensure that all rooms and public areas are serviced and cleaned daily according to the departmental operation manual.
• Participate in the recruitment and employee trainings, manage the schedule and ensure that employees follow the company’s standards.
• Encourage employees to maintain good relationships with their colleagues and all other departments.
• Ensure that the department's operational budget is strictly adhered to, that all costs are controlled and expenditures are properly approved.
