Luxury Beach Hotel in Ierapetra Crete, UWORC is looking for a dedicated and creative
Service Manager for the upcoming season of 2023.

The Role :- Designing and food-costing attractive menus and continuously making improvements.
- Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food & beverage supplies for the F&B Outlets.
- Building positive relationships with guests, staff & the management.
- Adhering to the food and beverage budget.
- Managing day to day F&B operations and staff training.
- Following food and safety regulations.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
- Creating and enforcing restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs.
- Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage staff alongside with the F&B Manager.
Skills that can make you outstand in this role:Missing some? You will still be concidered as a valuable ambassador.- Minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on F&B Management.
- Hospitality or F&B management degree will be advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of the food industry.
- Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.
- Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to forecast food and beverage needs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great delegation skills.
