• Receiving orders and serving guests in a personalized way and with attention to details
• Maintaining a clean and neat workplace
• Being responsible for billing, by making the right transactions (room/credit card/cash charges) and handling cash or credit cards accordingly
• Ensuring that all guest needs are met, asking for feedback, aiming to the highest guest satisfaction
• Prepare mise en place for all the operating equipment of the outlet
• Showing excellent knowledge and understanding of all restaurant menus
• Upselling food, beverages and drinks
• Greeting guests
• Demonstrating a pleasant and positive professional image at all times to both guests and the rest of the team
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a 4-star Hotel
• Degree in Hospitality / Tourism will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of Wines and food with wine pairings will be considered an asset
• Excellent command of both Greek and English languages (oral and written). Knowledge of French is an advantage
• Knowledgeable of POS handling
