Medical Sales Representatives

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its partner, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, is looking for Medical Sales Representatives with primary responsibility to build positive working relationships.

The role reports directly to the National Sales Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate high ethical and performance standards with all business contacts in order to maintain excellent reputation within the medical and pharmaceutical community
• Demonstrate or present products to healthcare staff – doctors in specialties such as cardiology, psychiatry, general medicine, pathology and pharmacies
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors
• Identify and establish new business
• Execute plan to fulfill sales targets and business unit objectives, ensuring optimum coverage of all current and potential customers Negotiate contracts
• Undertake relevant research
• Meet both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
• Maintain detailed records
• Attend exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Share insights obtained from customer interactions cross-functionally
• Write reports and other documents

• University degree (BA / BSc) – preferably in a scientific field (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry)
• Preferred => MBA
• Preferred => Sales / Account Management experience within the pharmaceutical industry as a Medical Sales Representative
• Prior experience in a Sales role of consumer goods would be considered an asset
