Sales & Marketing Assistant Western Europe (ref: SMWE019)

Where you’ll work:
This is an entry-level role in the Sales & Marketing Department of the group based in Sani Resort (Kassandra, Chalkidiki). You will work directly with the Sales and Marketing Team to help support hotel-wide and departmental initiatives.

What you’ll do:
• Assist the Sales & Marketing Managers of Western Europe markets (France, Benelux, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Austria) with office administration and daily tasks.
• Keep track of all B2B marketing activities and results, prepare a monthly report.
• Load all Sales reports and contact details into the CRM.
• Keep the Travel Agents & Tour Operators database clean and up-to-date.
• Make price benchmarks with the competition for above mentioned markets
• Load contracts signed in the intranet and follow the signature cycle of each contract.
• Load special offers in the intranet. 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• A college degree in marketing, sales or advertising.
• Excellent command of Greek & English, French language would be an advantage.
• Excellent speech communication skills necessary to communicate clearly with customers and other departments.
• Excellent comprehension and literacy required to read manager's letters, help prepare contracts and proposals.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Team spirit, multitasking and proactive. Ability to work within a multicultural and fast-paced work environment
• Pleasant personality with excellent selling, negotiating and presentation skills
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude; passionate about the job and focused on providing high quality results
