Spa Therapist

Queen Mary Hammam & Spa in Athens is seeking to hire Spa Therapists.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a level of service that exceeds all guest expectations by completing all treatments in a consistently through manner, in the time allocated and by treating all clients with individual attention.
• Respond to all client requests in a courteous manner.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Perform massage and treatments while maintaining the clients comfort at all times
• Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectation
• Maintain a clean and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment is in safe working order

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years experience of same position in a 5* Luxurious Boutique Hotel or Spa Salon
• Must be fluent in English and knowledge of any additional language(s) is a plus.
• Passionate about the Spa and Fitness world.
• Willing to deliver the best service and experience to our guests.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, team, and communication skills are essential.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
