What we’re looking for: We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join us as Front Office Agents. Our ideal candidates are driven by a love for guest service, are detail-oriented, and bring a natural warmth to each interaction. Key responsibilities
- Guest check-In and check-out: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, process check-in/check-out efficiently and ensure all details are accurately recorded in the hotel’s property management system (PMS).
- Communication and coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and timely fullfilment of guest requests.
- Billing and payments: Prepare and settle bills, process payments and issue all kinds of invoices by informing guests accordingly.
- Administrative duties: Maintain records, update guest profiles, handle phone calls and respond to emails, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Property knowledge: Provide detailed information to guests about the property, including available rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Guest Complaint Management: Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Upselling: Proactively promote additional hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
Position requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a front office position at a 4- or 5-star hotel
- Skills: Prior experience with in hotel management software (e.g., Fidelio, Opera PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Languages: Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Friendly, approachable, and attentive to detail. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle guest concerns with grace.
- Teamwork spirit: Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and in line with hotel operational needs.
