As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist, your daily routine will involve tasks like:
- Filtering, selection & validation of received applications coming from various channels such as job platforms or recruitment agencies
- Interviewing candidates (via phone, video & in-person) in German or French
- Assessing online business cases & numerical or language tests
- Suggesting sourcing strategies focused on the German or French recruitment process
- Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers & fulfill project goals
- Sending job offer emails & answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Monitoring key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire & source of hire
- Collaborating with operations to identify future hiring needs
- Acting as a consultant to new hires & help them onboarding
